Susmita Deb

Susmita looks after our managed tenants and deals with their day to day workplace queries. She oversees each site with great attention to detail, to ensure they are kept to the highest standards. Susmita has over 8 years of experience in a customer service-based role. An experienced Workplace Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Strong customer success and support professional with a Bachelor of Arts – BA focused in Business, Management, HR, and Related Support Services.

Penny looks after our managed portfolio and has over 18 years’ experience within the serviced office industry. She has managed several high achieving teams during her career which led to above average client retention rates and improved customer satisfaction scores. Penny is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service, as well as building lasting relationships along with empowering her team through training and development.

Demi Mead

Demi looks after the day to day running of the accounts function. Demi has 8 years’ experience within finance in the service industry and manufacturing. Demi is AAT qualified.

Director – Commercial Portfolio

James McGaw

James looks after our Commercial Portfolio. James is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in all aspects of Asset, Property and Facilities Management. His previous employers include Workman, Cluttons and DTZ and he understands the in-depth requirements of both traditional Property Management as well as the swiftly developing Managed Office Industry.

Assistant Facilities Manager

Tomas Mazeika

Tomas looks after compliance and facilities management and ensures the smooth day-to-day running and maintenance of the whole portfolio. Tomas brings over 8 years’ industry experience within the serviced office, residential and commercial management sectors. He has overseen multiple landmark properties across London to great customer and landlord satisfaction and is passionate about solving problems, building professional relationships, and providing a high quality service.

Accounts Assistant

Olga Konska

Olga works closely with the management team on the service charge accounting function. Olga has over 10 years’ experience working in commercial, investment and residential business accounting. She has a Bachelors in Finance and Accounting and a Masters in Management.

Accounts Coordinator

Stephanie Kyriacou

Stephanie joined the team in May 2021 during the ongoing growth of the company’s finance department. Her role involves all aspects of the finance team with an emphasis on service charges, working closely with the property managers to budget, update and reconcile the companies’ service charge accounts.
